When will I receive my order?

Generally within two weeks (please note that with COVID, delays may be increased). I work with a small printer, and as a small operation I do not keep a large stock on hand. I appreciate your patience and patronage!

What kind of paper is used for prints?

Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth.

What alternate mediums do you have available?

Prints directly on matte brushed aluminum and on Hahnemule Photo Rag Metallic. Please reach out via the contact form to request. If you are interested in another medium, then reach out and we’ll see what can be done!

What do you mean by “brushed aluminum mount”?

If you select this option, your print will be mounted directly onto a metal backing. This is a great option for individuals wanting a sturdier option than a regular print or if you don’t intend on framing the print.

Do you do commissions?

On a very limited basis. This is not my primary job and thus I have limited capacity for commissions.

Do you offer refunds/returns/exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event your order is incorrectly fulfilled or damaged on arrival, please reach out via the contact form or emails support@extramarginaldesigns.com and the correct order will be shipped at no additional charge.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time, I only ship to U.S. addresses (including APO, DPO, and FPO).
